Lisa
Bell
Lisa is a 20-year fitness veteran who is a former
intensive care nurse and pharmaceutical marketing
executive. She currently works to improve the health
of corporations, private groups, and individuals
through educational consulting services on fitness
and nutrition, seminars, lectures, and personal training.
Lisa’s primary teaching tool is her biweekly
column “Keeping Fit” in the Evansville
Courier and Press. She operates the free website
www.bellbodies.com with important articles, links,
and health assessment tools.
Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree in Science and
Nursing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
She is certified by the American College of Sports
Medicine, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of
America, and Tufts University.
Lisa consults with our patients regarding nutrition,
weight loss, increasing strength and bone density
