Cady Wellness Institute is seeking a professional, organized, and personable
individual for a full-time position that is primarily front-office focused, with the
opportunity to also assist with our aesthetic services.
The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring
smooth day-to-day office operations while supporting our aesthetics team with
treatments using BTL devices (EmSculpt Neo, EmFace, Exion, Emsella). These areas
are easy to learn, and operating an aesthetics license is preferred but not required,
as it may allow for expansion into additional treatments in the future.

Responsibilities for this position — include but are not limited to: - Greet patients and provide a professional, welcoming first point of contact.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Any violation of this is grounds for
immediate termination. - Answer phones, schedule appointments, and check patients in and out while
managing patient flow. - Support wellness and aesthetics appointments, including learning device
operation (training provided). - Learn step-by-step operation of aesthetic equipment. No injections are done
here; no injection experience required. - Enter payments and credits into our established bookkeeping system.
- Complete administrative tasks including chart preparation, filing, scanning,
and document management. - Maintain a polished, organized, and efficient office environment.
- Assist with logistical details and travel arrangements related to Dr. Cady’s
speaking schedule when needed.
Requirements: - Energetic — must come “with batteries included.”
- Punctual.
- Pleasant, outgoing, warm, friendly personality.
- Openness to coaching and constructive feedback.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential
situations with diplomacy and poise. - Fluent with basic medical terminology and common prescription
abbreviations, or able to learn quickly. - Must uphold strict confidentiality; violations are grounds for termination.
- Proficient typing with accurate grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test prior to hiring, and remain substance-free and able to pass future tests.
PERSONAL / LOGISTICAL CHARACTERISTICS DESIRED:
- Flexibility with daily hours based on office needs.
