Heather joined the Cady Wellness Institute family in November 2024 as our Certified Phlebotomy Technician and quickly became the heartbeat of our lab. She not only performs routine blood draws, but she also spearheads our specialized testing program, offering services in Evansville that simply can’t be found elsewhere. Thanks to Heather, we’re able to partner with LabCorp on-site, significantly reducing costs and streamlining lab access for our patients.
Heather’s dedication doesn’t end at the lab bench. Since 2017, she has served the Evansville birth community as a birth Doula and as an assistant to homebirth midwives in the area. Her deep passion for pregnancy, birth, and hormone health makes her a vital asset to our team, someone who understands the journey from conception through postpartum on both personal and professional levels.
As a wife and devoted mother of four (who are absolutely convinced she’s a real vampire), Heather brings joy and laughter to everything she does. You’ve probably seen her around with her signature funny earrings or even one of her viral “Chicken Leg Socks”, a fun trend she started here at CWI to bring smiles to staff and patients alike.
When she’s not making lab visits more comfortable or attending births, Heather loves hiking, crafting, and spending quality time with her family. With her unique blend of expertise, warmth, and humor, Heather is truly one-of-a-kind and we’re thrilled to have her at Cady Wellness Institute.
